How Do I Place an Order?

Placing an order on Prevaire.com is safe, easy, and fast online. 

Will there be any delays in receiving my online order?

Due to the impact of COVID-19, associated safety measures and the recent increased order volume, there may be temporary delays.

Updating Orders Before Shipping

Before an item has shipped, please email our customer service experts at hello@prevaire.com and they will update your order details as required.

Once an item has shipped, a few extra steps are required to make adjustments. Unfortunately, items already in transit cannot be expedited.

How Do I know if my order went through?
After your order is completed, you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address provided. Included will be an order number – this is your reference number in case you have any questions about your order. Please review the order summary to confirm your order information is correct and save the email as a receipt of your purchase. If you don’t receive a copy, first check your junk mail and then check My Account or contact us via email.

Why haven’t I received an email about my order?
There are usually two reasons: you may have an outdated email address on file, or you may have a spam blocker filtering email from us. Make sure to keep your user information current and try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from getting to you.

When will my order arrive?

The delivery timeframe is dependent on when your order was made and what delivery method you chose. For more information login to your account or contact us through the contact page if you require some assistance. 

What do I do if something on my order is missing or damaged?
Please contact our Prevaire customer service experts right away at hello@prevaire.com and they will assist you. Prevaire must receive all returns and exchanges, including the replacement of missing or damaged items, within 30 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt.

If an item is missing, it’s most likely on its way separately. Separate deliveries can happen for a variety of reasons, whether that it may be too big to fit in one of our delivery boxes or if we were awaiting a delivery (deliveries happen every day so it may just be a day or two later than your other item). However, all items should come within the specified delivery timeframe so if they have not arrived in this time or you simply would like some confirmation on what's happened, don't hesitate to get in touch.

Sales and Promotions:

Throughout the year, we offer special promotions and discounts to our customers. Be sure to sign up for daily or weekly promotional emails.

Apply a Gift Card or Promo Code:

Gift cards and promo codes can be applied on the payment page of checkout. Simply fill your cart with your favorite items and apply your code in the designated field. Your grand total will immediately reflect the discount.

Return Policy

At Prevaire we try to keep things as simple as possible when customers return an item, please see our returns page for full information. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your unwanted item.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns on orders. It is only by adopting this policy that we are able to keep our delivery charges much lower than the industry average (and in most cases completely free), which benefits all customers rather than just the select few who decide to return an item.

Refunds are generally issued within 5-7 business days after we have processed your return.

If there are mistakes with your order, or items arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by sending you replacement parts or accessories, replacing the item or issuing you a refund.  In such an event, there is no return shipping charges. 

Order Cancellations
You have until the order has been fulfilled to cancel, with this in mind please email our customer service experts immediately if you have placed an order in error. If the cancellation request occurs after the order has been fulfilled, the order will be delivered, and must be processed as a return upon delivery.

Email Subscription

To unsubscribe or receive fewer emails, click "Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email received.

It may take up to 48 hours for any changes to be applied. We will continue to send you emails about your shipping, delivery, and order information regardless of your email subscription.
