Return Policy
At Prevaire we try to keep things as simple as possible when customers return an item. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your unwanted item.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns on orders. It is only by adopting this policy that we are able to keep our delivery charges much lower than the industry average (and in most cases completely free), which benefits all customers rather than just the select few who decide to return an item.
Refunds are generally issued within 3 business days after we have processed your return. We would recommend using a tracked courier to return your item.
If there are mistakes with your order, or items arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by sending you replacement parts, replacing the item or issuing you a refund. In such an event, there is no return shipping charges.
